HYBRI-SIL® is an adhesive caulk that features a 3 in 1 sealant system combining the paintability of acrylic, waterproof nature of silicone and the adhesion strength of polyurethane- all in one. The product is odorless, neutral and isocyanate free. The low VOC formula meets American and European safety and environmental regulations regarding the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

HYBRI-SIL can be used to seal windows, doors, column joints, gutters, vents and ducts, roofs, crown molding and trim, siding and most areas where a sealant is needed. Used as an adhesive, HYBRI-SIL has a superior bond to most substrates, including porous and non porous surfaces. Perfect for Crown Molding and other architectural detail applications.

Not recommended for application on Teflon, polypropylene or polyethylene surfaces. Not for use on underwater application or for expansion joints. Some alkyd paints may not be compatible with HYBRI-SIL.
